Use of the App
DATE ALARM (the "App") is provided by Spesh Talent as a high-performance security and notification system. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Use of the App is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or those with explicit parental consent.
Unauthorized use, including but not limited to attempting to breach security protocols or reverse-engineering the codebase, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
Privacy and User Data
100% Offline Integrity
DATE ALARM is engineered as a privacy-first application. Unlike legacy security systems, all alarm logic, scheduling, and user data are processed 100% offline on your device.
App Updates
Spesh Talent may periodically provide updates to the App, which may include bug fixes, security patches, or new feature deployments. These updates are mandatory to maintain the security and operational efficiency of the system. You are responsible for ensuring your device is running the latest version of DATE ALARM.
04 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Spesh Talent and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
05 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with device-level OS features (e.g., system notifications). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or operational failures of these third-party OS components.
Limitation of Liability
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the App shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Texas.
