BathroomBlocker is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information.
• We do not track which apps you choose to block.
• We do not record session durations or patterns.
• We do not access your location data.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

2. Motion Data

BathroomBlocker offers an optional motion-based auto-end feature. If you enable this, the app uses Apple's CoreMotion framework to detect sustained walking activity. This motion data is:

• Processed entirely on your device.
• Never transmitted to any external server.
• Not stored beyond the active session.

You can disable this feature at any time in the app's settings. The app functions fully without motion access.

3. Screen Time & Family Controls

BathroomBlocker uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls and DeviceActivity frameworks) to apply app blocking. This framework is provided and controlled by Apple. We do not have visibility into the specific apps you select or block — this information stays within Apple's secure framework on your device.

4. App Store Analytics

Apple may collect certain aggregated, anonymized usage data through the App Store (such as download counts and crash logs). This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not accessible to us in identifiable form.

5. iCloud

BathroomBlocker does not currently use iCloud or any cloud syncing services. Your preferences and settings are stored locally on your device only.

6. Children's Privacy

BathroomBlocker is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. As we collect no personal data from any user, there is no special handling required for younger users.

7. Third-Party Services

BathroomBlocker does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. We do not use SDKs from Facebook, Google, or any other data aggregators.

8. Data Security

Because we collect no user data, there is no user data to secure on our end. All app preferences are stored using Apple's standard local storage mechanisms on your device, protected by your device's own security model (Face ID, PIN, etc.).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
