1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BathroomBlocker ("the App"), developed and maintained by Spesh Talent ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BathroomBlocker on any Apple device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the Screen Time blocking functionality in a way that harms other users.

3. Availability & Updates

BathroomBlocker is provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time without notice. We may also release updates that change functionality. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Screen Time API & Apple Requirements

BathroomBlocker's core functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework). You acknowledge that:

• This feature requires iOS 17.4 or later on a physical iPhone.
• You must grant Screen Time authorization for blocking to function.
• Apple may change or restrict access to this API, which could affect app functionality. We are not responsible for such changes.
• The blocking shield may be overridden by the device owner in Apple's Screen Time settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPESH TALENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, as a free app, is $0.00).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and branding associated with BathroomBlocker are the exclusive property of Spesh Talent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

BathroomBlocker is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Apple's conduct or any changes to the App Store's policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
